Ideal boiler warranty: what each range actually covers

Ideal's warranty terms by range — Logic Max 10 years, Vogue Max up to 12, Logic+ 7 — and the conditions that keep them valid.

The range-by-range terms

From our manufacturer research, Ideal's current warranty structure is:

  • Logic Max — 10 years parts and labour
  • Vogue Max — 10 years standard, extendable to 12 with conditions
  • Logic+ — 7 years
  • Older Logic and Esprit ranges — terms vary; we confirm the exact cover on any pack before you order

The conditions that keep it valid

Ideal's long warranties are conditional, not automatic. The boiler must be registered within the required window after installation, fitted with an adequate system filter, and serviced annually by a qualified engineer. Miss any of these and the cover can drop back.

Why Ideal is the value warranty pick

A 10-year parts-and-labour warranty at Ideal's price point is the strongest warranty-per-pound in our range. The Logic Max undercuts equivalent-cover Worcester Bosch and Vaillant models on price while matching their cover.

What we do at installation

When we supply and fit an Ideal boiler, warranty registration is part of the job — you get the registration confirmation, and the service schedule that keeps the cover valid is in your handover pack.

Common questions

How long is the Ideal Logic Max warranty?

10 years parts and labour, conditional on registration, a system filter and annual servicing.

Does the Ideal warranty transfer to a new owner?

Manufacturer warranties generally follow the boiler, not the owner, provided the conditions (registration, servicing) have been kept up. Check Ideal's current terms for the exact transfer rules.
