How it works

Design it online. Confirm it on site.

Tell us the rooms. We design the route. You get a price you can book — and a short survey before we commit to it.

  1. 1

    Answer a few questions

Rooms, sizes, where the outdoor unit can go and how the pipe will run. Around 90 seconds, no phone call.

  2. 2

    Pick a package

You get a designed system with the price built from our own rate card — equipment, labour, materials and VAT all shown separately.

  3. 3

    Book survey or install date

A free survey confirms the design. Standard single splits are usually fitted in a day, typically 1–2 weeks from confirmed survey.

Why we survey before we confirm

An online design tells us what the system should be. A survey tells us what the building will actually allow — wall construction, drainage falls, spare electrical capacity, where a condenser can sit without upsetting a neighbour. We would rather spend twenty minutes on site than send an engineer to a job that turns into a change of price on the day.

These jobs always get a survey before a price is confirmed:

  • Commercial premises
  • Pipe run longer than 15 metres
  • Condenser on a roof or above ground-floor level
  • No gravity condensate drain available
  • A new dedicated circuit or consumer unit work
  • Listed buildings and conservation areas
  • Multi-split systems with four or more indoor units
  • Customer-supplied or non-standard equipment

Own engineers. Own stock. No subcontract lottery.

Every installation is carried out by our own F-Gas certified engineers, using equipment and materials from our own trade counter. Copper, trunking, brackets, spurs and pumps sit on our shelves, which is why the materials are included in the price rather than added afterwards.
