Annual servicing for domestic systems, twice yearly for commercial. Carried out by our own F-Gas certified engineers — the same people who fit our installations. London and the South East, with UK-wide coverage for planned work.
What a service covers
- Filter clean and indoor coil inspection
- Refrigerant pressures and superheat check
- Electrical connections, isolator and current draw
- Condensate drain and pump operation
- Outdoor coil clean and fan check
- Performance test in both heating and cooling
- Written service record for your warranty file
Something not working?
Ice on the pipework, water dripping indoors, an error code on the remote or an outdoor unit that won't start — describe it in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a service, a repair or a replacement. We don't sell new systems to fix problems a service would have solved.
