These terms apply to consumer purchases and installations by UK Gas Plumbers Limited (trading as BritOne Air), and are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Reservation & 20% deposit
A 20% deposit reserves your installation date. Deposits are refunded in full if we deem the property unsuitable at survey, or up to 48 hours before installation day.
Fixed price at survey
The price provided after survey is a fixed written quote. Any additional works are agreed with you in writing before proceeding.
Right to cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of contract, subject to the exclusions for made-to-measure and bespoke installation works commenced with your consent.
Warranty
3-year parts and labour on installed BritOne Air systems, in addition to your statutory rights.
