Guaranteed in writing, on every installation
Air conditioning carries a full five year parts and labour guarantee. Boilers carry seven to ten year warranties. No small print tiers — the cover below is what you get.
5 years
Air conditioning — parts & labour
Every air conditioning system we supply and fit is covered for five years — the equipment, the parts and our labour. If anything we installed develops a fault, our own engineer returns and puts it right at no cost to you.
7–10 years
Boilers — manufacturer warranty
Every boiler we install carries a manufacturer-backed warranty of between seven and ten years, depending on the model you choose. We register the warranty on your behalf and hand you the paperwork with the invoice.
Keeping your cover valid
Manufacturers expect an annual service on domestic systems, and twice a year on commercial ones. Servicing keeps efficiency up, keeps your F-Gas records straight and keeps the equipment warranty in force. We'll remind you when yours is due.
Customer-supplied equipment
We are happy to install units bought elsewhere, but in that case our guarantee covers our workmanship only — the equipment claim stays with whoever sold it to you.
