Credit terms
Standard net-30 from date of invoice. Overdue amounts accrue interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Title & risk
Title in the goods remains with UK Gas Plumbers Limited until paid in full. Risk transfers on delivery.
Warranties
Warranty is offered to the end-user consumer as set out in the product documentation. Trade warranties are limited to replacement of goods.
