This listing specifies 25.6 kW maximum condensing central-heating output. Its domestic hot-water output is 30.3 kW. The listed hot-water flow is 12.4 l/min at a 35°C temperature rise. Heating demand and hot-water demand must be assessed separately; incoming water flow and pressure affect tap and shower performance.
