Engineered for heat loads, not guesswork
Industrial environments generate heat from machinery, drives, ovens, compressors and lighting as well as solar gain through a large roof. We survey the building, calculate the true load zone by zone and specify plant with the capacity and resilience to hold temperature during production peaks — including redundancy where a failure would stop the line.
Structural, electrical and access works covered
Steelwork and platform mounting, anti-vibration fixings, long refrigerant pipe runs, containment, three-phase distribution, isolators and safe roof access are all part of the scope. Our teams handle RAMS, permits to work, lifting plans and site inductions so the project runs to your programme.
Process and close-control cooling
Where a stable temperature is critical — server and comms rooms, laboratories, cold rooms, printing and packaging lines — we install close-control systems with tight tolerances, monitoring and optional N+1 resilience so a single failure never takes the process offline.
Efficiency and running costs
Inverter-driven heat pump plant, correct zoning, controls strategy and destratification cut running costs significantly against oversized or legacy equipment. We model expected consumption at survey so the capital cost is judged against what the system actually costs to run.

BritOne Air installs air conditioning across the UK from £1650 + VAT for a standard single split wall-mounted system. That fixed starting price covers the air conditioning unit itself, labour by our own F-Gas certified engineers and every standard installation material — copper pipework and insulation, trunking, drain hose, isolator, cable, brackets and sealant — with no additional materials cost. Multi-split systems, long pipe runs, roof-level outdoor positions and new electrical circuits are priced transparently at survey, so the quote you accept is the price you pay.
Supply-only units, installation materials, copper pipe, trunking and professional HVAC tools are also stocked at our Chertsey trade counter, open Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm.

How much does industrial air conditioning installation cost?
Industrial projects are priced from a full site survey because plant capacity, structural mounting, three-phase supply and access all vary. Smaller units start from £1650 + VAT installed; larger warehouse, plant room and process cooling schemes are quoted as a fixed written price after survey.
Can you cool a large warehouse or factory floor?
Yes. We specify high-capacity ducted, VRF and packaged systems, along with destratification and ventilation strategies, so large-volume spaces are cooled effectively rather than fighting hot air trapped at roof level.
Do you work with three-phase power supplies?
We do. Three-phase distribution, isolators, dedicated circuits and containment are handled in-house, with all electrical works certified on completion.
