BritOne Air designs, supplies and installs commercial air conditioning for offices, retail units, restaurants, salons, gyms, surgeries and server rooms across the UK. Fixed written quotes from £1650 + VAT, fitted by our own F-Gas certified engineers — never subcontracted out of our control.
Commercial spaces gain heat from people, lighting, kitchen equipment and IT loads long before the weather is considered. We carry out a proper heat-load calculation for each zone, then specify the system that holds temperature at peak occupancy — not just on a mild afternoon. That means comfortable staff, protected stock and equipment, and lower running costs than an undersized system pushed permanently to maximum output.
Electrical supply, isolators, containment, core drilling, roof and wall mounting, condensate routing, commissioning and handover documentation are all delivered by our in-house teams. You get a single point of contact, a single fixed price and a single 3-year parts and labour warranty — no arguments between trades if something needs revisiting.
Every installation is completed by F-Gas certified engineers in line with EU F-Gas Regulation 517/2014 as retained in UK law. You receive commissioning records and refrigerant documentation for your building file, plus a maintenance schedule so your warranty and statutory records stay valid.
We phase larger fit-outs floor by floor and regularly work evenings and weekends so shops, restaurants and offices keep trading. Access, RAMS, parking and landlord permissions are agreed at survey, so installation day runs to plan.
Four-way discharge units recessed into suspended ceilings — even coverage for open-plan offices and retail floors.
Concealed indoor units feeding grilles across multiple rooms where a visible unit isn't acceptable.
Two to five indoor units on one outdoor condenser — ideal where roof or yard space is limited.
Scalable heat pump systems for whole buildings with simultaneous heating and cooling zones.
We assess heat loads, zoning, electrical capacity, pipe routes and outdoor unit positions on site.
A fully itemised proposal covering units, labour, materials, electrics and making good — no hidden extras.
Works phased around your trading hours by our own engineers, with RAMS and site paperwork in place.
System tested, controls demonstrated, documentation issued and your 3-year warranty registered.
Every system below is supplied by BritOne Air and installed by our own F-Gas certified engineers, with a 3-year parts and labour warranty.

BritOne Air installs air conditioning across the UK from £1650 + VAT for a standard single split wall-mounted system. That fixed starting price covers the air conditioning unit itself, labour by our own F-Gas certified engineers and every standard installation material — copper pipework and insulation, trunking, drain hose, isolator, cable, brackets and sealant — with no additional materials cost. Multi-split systems, long pipe runs, roof-level outdoor positions and new electrical circuits are priced transparently at survey, so the quote you accept is the price you pay.
Supply-only units, installation materials, copper pipe, trunking and professional HVAC tools are also stocked at our Chertsey trade counter, open Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm.
Commercial air conditioning installation starts from £1650 + VAT for a single wall-mounted system, including the unit, labour and all standard materials. Ceiling cassette, ducted and VRF projects are priced from a free site survey, with a fixed written quote before any work begins.
