What it costs in London
Our fitted combi installations run from £2,415 to £4,285 including VAT depending on the boiler. London logistics — parking, access, flats — are priced into the survey, not added later.
Combi, system or conversion
Most London installations are like-for-like combi swaps. Conversions from old heat-only setups with loft tanks are common in conversions and period terraces — they cost more but free the cylinder cupboard. The boiler builder recommends a type from your answers; the survey confirms it.
